Book your flights to fly Phuket International airport. Flights are not included but are pretty reasonable from most major international destinations. Chances are you will have had a pretty long flight, but don’t worry we will have an ultimate fitness holidays representative waiting at the airport for you to meet you off your flight. We will transfer you to your chosen accommodation where you can settle in and relax. Usually, arrival is on a Sunday. So you can start your training on Monday morning. Usually, our rep comes and introduces herself to you on Sunday evening. And you will also have an introduction to the training facility on Monday morning.
On Monday morning prior to starting your training, you will meet our client services representative. Details of who this will be will be in your pre-departure pack issued prior to arrival. Our representative will give you a tour all of the training facilities, introduce you to your trainers and the rest of the group currently training.

It can be a very personal journey and for that reason, many people opt to come to the Bootcamp on their own. Around 90% of our client’s fitness category. And whilst we encourage couples and friends to join, most people come to the Bootcamp solo. We would thoroughly recommend it, to be honest. The fitness Bootcamp is a very supportive, and motivating atmosphere. Because we have so many clients who come on their own, it’s a great way to meet people. The fitness training itself is a fantastic way to bond. You will meet new friends from all over the world by joining. Because everyone is there for the same reasons, everyone supports each other. Nowhere else in the world will you get this level of encouragement for you to reach your fitness goals. That in itself is highly motivating.
What Happens At The Training Camp.
You can set your own schedule, no one will drag you out of bed to attend the classes, but you will find them pretty addictive. On a day you can expect the following:
If you wish you can start with a good stretch in the morning by joining the Yoga class for an hour before the ‘real’ work begins.
The Bootcamp training consists of 6 days a week Mon-Sat high cardio (fat burning) in the morning, using highly advanced techniques.These classes vary from Strength & Conditioning, Crosstraining, Bodyfit, Spinning and Boxercise. They are designed to increase your fitness fast and effectively. The groups typically have people training with moderate physical condition and peak physical condition, this works well as the exercises are modified depending on your fitness levels and ability so no one is left behind. The indoor gym is open on Sundays for those who want to train on the day off.

Open Matt Sessions
The whole camp is at your disposal to do our own workout. Use all the equipment the camp offers like battle ropes, assault course, med ball, torsonater, Olympic weightlifting bars with plates you can drop and a bunch of free weights so you can do your own WOD (workout of the Day) by yourself or team up with some of the other clients.
The sport of Olympic Weightlifting involves participants completing two separate lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk. In Olympic Weightlifting class you will learn how to perform these two lifts. Performing this type of exercises will help with increasing power, speed, flexibility, and strength.
The class is recommended for those who have little or no experience with these lifts. Coaches will put a heavy emphasis on obtaining proper form and execution of these lifts before you start to really increase weight used in these exercises. Olympic Weightlifting also has a major Neurological benefit.
Every Saturday the whole crew hit a beautiful beach and do an early workout. The perfect way to round of the week of intense training and enjoy paradise. Not only do we offer great beach training classes but we also like to make sure you know all the best places for your daily runs, hikes, and general relaxation.
Assault Course Class
Want to train differently? Learn how to use your bodyweight strength and run through Thailand’s biggest obstacle course while being beasted by the best!
Our Ex-Navy seal coach runs this class 3 times per week. He will break down the different and most effective way to tackle the different stations to make your time better and better each time you run the course. The record is 1.52 min so that is what we are aiming for to beat:). This class is held Mon, Wed and Fri at 4-5pm.
This class is not for the faint of heart. Our trainers take no prisoners, and you are expected to give it 110%. This is certainly one of the most physically challenging programmes we run, so you may be best off not completing this in your first week. It is, however, a fantastic thing to do. It’s a great way to benchmark your progress, and actually, it’s a lot of fun as well.
3 times per week we have spinning class, Mon, Wed and Fri at 6.15pm. We will also throw in some bodyweight exercises as well to mix it up. We are taking spinning classes to a new level, it will be different to a normal spinning class but we can assure you will love this class.

There’s a great atmosphere at the camp and everyone encourages each other to push hard. Everyone is very supportive and usually, the person who finishes last gets the most encouragement. Very different from working out in a normal gym. It’s really addictive!
Luxurious Accommodation Options
When you are not training you have a beautiful resort to relax in. Depending on your budget you can opt for on-site standard accommodation or a beautiful Boutique resort.

Upgraded accommodation in a resort with a beautiful pool, only an 8-minute walk from the training area. The room typically consists of a studio style layout with a balcony. If you opt to share with a friend when booking you will receive a 12.5% discount per person.
The location of the camp is in Phuket. Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand, it is a beach lover’s paradise. Gorgeous white sand, tropical jungle, and a warm welcoming atmosphere await. If you have not been to Thailand before, you will be amazed by how welcoming the Thais are.
For the duration of the Bootcamp, you will be staying close to the camp, which is located in the centre of Phuket towards the south. You are only about 10 minutes away from the beaches, although you are not right by the beach. The environment around the camp is very much focused on training. It is a little secluded which is perfect because temptation is not there to break from your routine, however, there is plenty to do and beaches and activities are very accessible. There is plenty of good nightlife in and around Phuket Town which is only a couple of minutes away by taxi.
What to bring
Pack light but do bring suitable training gear. Remember you will be training in the heat. Thailand is very humid all throughout the year, so suitable clothing is essential. Don’t worry if you forget anything though, most things can be purchased locally. We will also provide you with a detailed kit list prior to arriving.
How long to go for
This really depends on what you want to achieve. Most people go for at least four weeks, but many turn up for two weeks due to time constraints with work. No matter how long you go, we are confident you will see some impressive results. Why? Because you are there to train. And you have all of the support and help needed to achieve the goals you set yourself. You also have a huge amount of support: both mental and physical. If you are serious about muscle gain or weight loss we recommend going for at least 4 to 6 weeks. If you go long-term for 8 to 12 weeks the results can be life-changing. Consistent feedback from clients who have been training for eight weeks or longer have highlighted impressive results.
Is the training really that good?
Well yes, it is. Partly the reason is the international nature of the programme. Training facilities Western run but located in Thailand. That means we get considerable numbers of health and fitness professionals coming to train in Thailand and develop their skills. This is partly because of the quality of the training, and partly because of the environment. Thailand is just an amazing place to go and drop out of life for a while and focus on your fitness. That means the very best and latest techniques are constantly being tested at Bootcamp. It is not unusual for celebrities, and professional athletes to be training alongside you.
Ultimately what you put in you get out, no one is going to force you into doing the exercises, but if you go there with a positive attitude with a view to participating you will definitely see amazing results.
What you can achieve
This is a difficult question to answer because everyone is different however the feedback from our clients is overwhelmingly positive. We have people joining us from lots of different countries from different lifestyles and different backgrounds, but once they are at the camp, they all have one singular goal. To get fitter, feel better and work hard to achieve it.
The majority of people attend the camp in the 20s and 30s, however, if you’re in your 40s 50s and even 60s you are still very welcome to join, and we are positive you can see some great results.
Whether you are interested in losing some weight, or gaining muscle mass or just generally feeling fitter and better about yourself we are able to help you.
Whilst the quality of the training sessions are 2nd to none, with world-class instruction, it is also the supportive environment that really adds to boost your work out. Added to the fact that you are joining the Bootcamp with a mental state of really going for it, by taking time out of your busy schedule, to work on yourself. This really packs a punch to sorting out your fitness, and surprisingly it is highly addictive.
Ultimately what you can achieve is up to you, because it depends on how long you can go for and how committed you are. But if you really want to do it, push yourself into peak physical fitness then this is the perfect opportunity, and it’s great to know you will be supported 100% of the way.
Food and Nutrition
Food is included in the programme, 2 healthy Nutritious meals per day. This consists of Breakfast and either Lunch or Dinner. The meal plan is specially designed to complement your fitness training goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle our menu has all the combinations you could ask for.
What about the extra meal? There is a wide selection of healthy restaurants and eateries close to the camp. These have sprung up to service the needs of our clients and are therefore tailor-made for people focusing on their fitness.
Eating out is not expensive in Thailand, expect to pay around 2-5 pounds per meal meaning you would only need to budget around €30-50 per week extra to cover your food.
Please note the meals are not transferable so if you miss out on a meal these are not redeemable the next day.
The training can be intense so it’s good to have your downtime as well. Typically Sunday is a rest day, and every couple of weeks we organise a new excursion for people to join. This can be visits to stunning beaches on some of the islands surrounding Phuket. Lunches in some of the beautiful high-class resorts in Phuket. Often we take full advantage of infinity pools and five-star hotels! These excursions are organised but not included in the cost of the programme. For instance, often you will have to pay for your lunch in one of the resort so expect to budget around €20 to €100 for this. But it’s well worth the expense when you see some of the locations we go to.
Pre & Post Work Out Supplements & Health Shop
Post-workout nutrition is a highly important factor whether you are looking to increase muscle mass or lose weight. So it’s good to know that there is a full range of health supplements, vitamins and pre, during and post-workout nutrition available at the camp. You are very welcome to bring this with you if you have a particular brand that you like, however, everything is available for you.
The main brands that we are carrying are optimum nutrition, muscle farm and muscle tech. If you are new to using workout supplements do not worry, we have expert nutritionists available to give you some guidance and appoint in the right direction. You obviously don’t need to use pre-and-post workout supplements if you don’t want to, but they can be very effective to help you hit your fitness goals a lot quicker. Pre-workout supplements can fire you up, maximise your endurance and keep you going during your workouts. Especially in Thailand with the pace of training is full-on and it is a very hot humid environment.
Post-workout supplements are essential for help you repair damaged muscle tissue, enabling your body to recover quicker meaning you are ready to smash out your next workout the following day.
We also keep a full range of vitamins, fat burners, fish oils and various other supplements as well.
The first thing to mention is that no two days will be the same. Also depending on your own personal fitness goals timetables can vary depending on the fitness programs you select. You do not have to decide which classes to attend on your own, the fitness program will be tailor-made for you, so you can best work on the goals that you are facing.
The training facility has two gyms which you can use. An indoor gym and an outdoor gym. These are open from around 7 AM if you wanted to do a pre-group session warm up. Most people opt to jump straight into cross-training which happens at 9 AM.
It’s a highly intense programme and last 45 minutes. At 10 o’clock our body 360 programme starts, usually, you would opt for cross-training or body 360 but you can do both if you have it in you.
Sundays are generally taken off, with free time to explore the beautiful surroundings of Phuket. Evenings are taking your leisure as well, and Thailand has plenty of activities outside of the Bootcamp that will really make this more than just a fitness holiday.
The Booking Process
We advise you to book well ahead because we do book out frequently. You can book for €200 and this will hold your place on the programme. You need to pay the full balance 12 weeks prior to departure, but if you are booking more than 12 weeks away you only need to put down a €200 deposit. Alternatively, you can take advantage of an interest-free payment plan so you can book for only €50. Your full payment will be made 12 weeks prior to departure, so payment plans are applicable if you are travelling within six months but not within three months of departure.
This means you still have three months to save the spending money (not that you need much) and flights after you have cleared your full balance. So even if payday seems a long way away, and it seems like an almost impossible task to get the money together to do this, it doesn’t have to be. You can book for only €200. Consider that a commitment to yourself, that you will go ahead and begin this fitness journey.
You will work out hard your fitness holiday, so you´ll deserve pampering. That’s exactly what you get with the luxury option. A beautiful private ensuite, set in landscaped Thai gardens with access to multiple swimming pools.
Located not far from the training camp, it’s the perfect place to kick back after a hard day working out. There is plenty to do in the area, lots of little restaurants, spas and activities. We are not right at the beach but it is only a short 10 min taxi ride away.
Set away from the nightlife and temptation it’s the perfect haven on the paradise island of Phuket.
Everything you can ask for and more is at your disposal. Including the staff and expertise to get the most out of it.
At your disposal, you have a very well-equipped 3-floor indoor gym, and outdoor covered training area, military assault course, and a sprint track. The whole set up has cost close to 1 million USD to install. We have various health and support stations throughout the camp, providing nutrition advice, supplements, and additional personal training. We also have a dedicated yoga studio as well.
The facility was created brand-new in 2014 with fitness training in mind. What sets this apart from other training camps in Thailand, is this is not a kickboxing or martial arts training centre with a bit of fitness on the side.

The camp is located in the south-central part of Phuket in Chalong. This is about 10 minutes by taxi from the beaches. It’s close to Chalong Temple and is a beautiful part of the island. Cross Training has become extremely popular in recent years by utilizing a variety of functional training exercises, equipment, and methods. The Cross training class is designed to increase every factor of a participant’s fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility and cardio. In this class, coaches will be using a high level of intensity and pace to reach these goals. Variety will be a big factor in how classes will be programmed. In this class, we will always be performing different exercises in order to constantly challenge the body’s system. Participants should expect to push themselves and be rewarded by these taxing challenges. This class is 45 min long and more intense than the other classes. You chose to scale this class by using light or heavier weights and the intensity.

Warning. This is Tough. It has made grown men cry.
The fitness enthusiasts adventure playground. If the idea of exerting yourself over military-style obstacles fills you with dread, after one week at the fitness Bootcamp you will have completely changed your outlook. It’s the ultimate test to see how you improve, not to mention a lot of fun. It’s not just adult play time, using natural physical movements like climbing, balancing and crawling is the perfect way to condition your body.
