Ultimate Fitness’ only European Bootcamp.

The Spain Fitness Bootcamp, set on the picturesque island of Mallorca, has everything you need to make new friends, finding the new and improved you, work out and relax. Here you find all of the motivation and encouragement you need to kickstart a new healthier lifestyle. Join for one week or stay up to eight weeks and experience a total fitness transformation set over an unforgettable summer.

What to do in your free time?

Get a massage!

We have a massage room and a fantastic masseuse. 85 euros per 60 min, or 45 euros per 30 min.

Take some extra PT sessions

You can book extra private training sessions, or private yoga sessions, locally or before you join. 60 euro´s an hour.

Explore the Area

Explore beaches, explore the area, enjoy additional hikes, and chill on the roof terrace or in the cosy lounge area. Explore nearby towns (several towns 10-15 min by bus or car)

Stand Up Paddle

SUP is not guided. You are free to use the boards at the camp and take them to the beach (500m away)

Excursions

Saturday is the perfect day for excursions. Boat, markets, hikes, or shopping. Ultimate Fitness will make suggestions during the week and help you organise. Since boat trips are super popular this needs to be arranged early on in the week.

Saturday and Sunday no meals are included. Saturday and Sunday no activities are included in the price.

Why Spain?

The location of our Fitness Bootcamp in Spain is very special. Mallorca is known to be a very popular holiday destination for its beautiful beaches and stunning landscapes, but it’s also an exceptionally good place to run a Fitness Bootcamp.

The UF Spanish Fitness Bootcamp is located in the north of the island, sandwiched between a world heritage site, the beautiful picturesque resort town of Cala sant Vincent, and a national park.

Imagine feeling better about your fitness, meeting other like-minded people and staying at the beautiful UF Bootcamp close to the beach! Kind of makes you want to drop everything immediately and pursue a fitter healthier you! This gives great opportunities to do exceptionally fun and effective workout sessions all outdoors in a beautiful natural environment.

Training sessions can vary, sometimes we take you into the mountains, and at other times you’ll be in the national park, training with squat racks on our own training grounds or joining a super cool beach workout session where you can dip into the Mediterranean after a hard training session!

A Fitness Bootcamp is not all about working out, it’s important to stress the fun social atmosphere you get in these types of camps. The majority of people do tend to come alone, which makes them a great place to meet people.

Everyone is in the same boat, it’s a super supportive atmosphere and very conducive to reaching your fitness goals, without feeling like it’s hard work.

At the end of the day, there are plenty of healthy restaurants to enjoy with your fellow Bootcampers not to mention beautiful beaches to explore in your downtime. And you might as well take full advantage, after all, you will now have the perfect beach body!

Ultimate Fitness provides from Monday to Friday a healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch.

There are plenty of other activities on offer as well not just fitness training. The Bootcamp is located a 10 min drive from the perfect kite spot, where you can learn to Kite Surf if you’re feeling adventurous!

We also offer in-house massages! Sports massages or relaxing massages will help you relax your muscles and mind.

Training Only & Training and Meals

On our Mallorca Bootcamp, we can only offer so many accommodation options. It is lovely, supportive, super social, and close to the beach. But be quick, because most weeks get sold out.

If we have no space left, or if you are looking for a bit more luxurious options, or if you are enjoying a family holiday in the stunning North of Mallorca, you can also opt for the following options

Training Only option

Training only means you can join the following sessions from Monday to Friday

Yoga, group fitness sessions, beach volleyball, and nature treks as per the schedule. But it's excluding Stand UP Paddle use and excluding Meals (breakfast and lunch). Price training only: The price is superb. Just €299  EUR a week.

Training only plus meals option

This is even better because you are more part of the group, having breakfast and lunch together next to the training sessions. There are many hotels in the area and we can advise you. Also if you like to rent a car we can advise you. Price training only plus meals (Monday to Friday breakfast and lunch): total €479 (2 meals per day Monday to Friday).

 

Training-only bookings start on Mondays, 15 minutes before the first training session, and end Friday after the last training session. You are of course welcome to join the welcome dinner on Sunday!

Accommodation

Our camp is based on Twin share rooms in an exclusive apartment. It is a shared living arrangement, not a luxury hotel but super fun and lovely all the same.

All Twin Share rooms are ensuite, fan-cooled (no aircon), and have a balcony. There is one 4 shared airconditioned room, this room is ensuite but does not have a balcony. This is female only.

The accommodation is located close to the training areas, so rolling out of bed and starting training is easy. It is also a haven of relaxation when you are not training. Equipped with a lounge area, a communal balcony, and a rooftop terrace with views of the ocean, 500 meters from the beach. Please note there are no cooking facilities as breakfast and lunch are included Monday to Friday.  Dinners are generally taken out.

Working out together and living together is a very bonding experience, it's a great way to make friends. Don't worry about needing your own space also. The resort is sufficiently big with plenty of chillout areas for you to catch some quiet time too.

If you need to get some work done, we have co-working spaces in the lounge available for our guests too. Due to the nature of the Fitness Bootcamp, people do not tend to have late nights. You will be exhausted! So you can expect to get a good night's sleep in fan-cooled rooms.

It is important to stress that the living arrangements are not like a hotel experience, so if you require all the modern conveniences of hotel accommodation then the training-only options are for you.

If you are booking training-only options, then please ask us for local accommodation options. We have recommendations from local hotels to shared townhouses with car hire options.

Flights

Flights are not included, but there are multiple low-cost carriers that fly directly to Palma de Majorca (PMI). You will then need to arrange a transfer to Cala San Vincent. Not to worry, upon booking, we explain the best way to get to us. Either by bus or taxi. 

We can pre-arrange the bus for you, there is a local payment in cash of 20 euros per person for this. There is a pickup point at the airport. The bus ride takes about an hour, there might be a short waiting time at the airport. Taxis are available too. The price is about 100 euros. The taxi ride takes about 50 minutes.

You will receive more information in a pre departure information email after your trip is paid in full.

Travelling Alone

Most people who attend the camp, are independent travellers and arrive at the camp on their own. We have excellent and super-friendly staff who will make you feel welcome during your stay with us.

If you are concerned about travelling solo, don't be. There is such a social atmosphere at the camp, and it is a really supportive environment where everyone gets to know each other very quickly. Serious physical exercise and new adventures in a group can be quite a bonding experience we assure you! So really it does not take long for people to get to know one another.

Seasons

Mallorca has 4 seasons. The training schedule will be different in the colder months than in the warmer months.

April/May and October might be different from the schedule promoted on the website. This is because of temperature and/or daylight.

The schedule will be as stated below

Monday to Friday

  • 8.30 Fruit snack and coffee and tea
  • 9:00 to 10:00 am training session
  • 10:00 to 11:00 breakfast
  • 13:30 to 14:30 Lunch
  • 15:00 to 16:00 Training session, Mondays and Fridays we do a hike.
  • 16:30 to 17:30 Yoga or Deep stretching session
